How would you describe your music?
David: We play honest blues/punk inspired Rock and Roll. We just want to write great music, have a killer time & have the listener go on that journey with us.
How did the band form?
Troy: I would say the best way to sum up how the band formed is mutual acquaintances. We all played in bands in similar circles, but to be honest Dave (our guitar player) and I laugh because neither one of us know how or where we “officially” met. I just remember getting an email from him, like “hey man, I have this idea…want to write to it?” And the rest is history.
Who influenced you within the music industry?
David: In the industry, I guess the managers, songwriters & producers I’ve been fortunate enough to work with. I’ve been lucky because I’ve somehow surrounded myself with people that are much smarter than me who I’ve got to learn from.
Have you performed live much and what was your favourite gig to play at?
Troy: Yes, we all have actually played live quite a bit as this band and even before, however this band by far has given us the biggest crowds and stages to share…hands down the festivals in China are my favorite
What is the best thing about being in a band?
David: the best thing for me hands down is connecting to an audience through music! Music brings people together & I love being part of that!
What plans have you got coming up this year?
Troy: Plans for new year are basically to continue to write and record and play live as much as possible….we try to stay pretty consistent with all and feel all are equally important. We have talked about doing a music video this year as well so that could be fun!
